The problem before they met us

Kamal Dental Clinic was facing a challenge to generate quality leads and get customers to help them expand their operations. Most of the leads consulted them to get a second opinion from a professional for their treatment. They were generating leads for dental implants services, but none of them were converting into customers since it is expensive in general.

Branding consistency on the website was also a concern. The website's user interface was lacking; there were many complaints about various issues on the website. There were not enough backlinks, and the present ones were of very low quality. Only a few keywords were ranking on Google and the keywords for the services pages keywords were absent.

After the initial research, we improved the website’s interface to provide a better user experience. Our design team carefully examined the user’s journey through the website. It included aspects such as the most visited pages, the bounce rate of each page, the time they spend on each page, etc.

We researched to determine keyword competition, their current ranking and the analysis of the past one-year services searches growth. After analyzing, we selected the best sales-oriented keywords for the client and integrated them into the content. Acquiring relevant, high-quality backlinks contributed to identifying growth.
